DESCRIPTION:Join Maryline Roux for a Neck & Shoulder focused workshop.\n\nShoulders and neck are a common area where tension accumulates which can turn into chronic pain.The regular practice of Kauit allows simultaneously to improve the mobility of our joints and regulate the patterns of our nervous system. Regular students will deepen their understanding of the Kauit yoga methodology. New students will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the numerous benefits of the practice.\n\nFrench patisseries and beverages will be served after the completion of the workshop.Cost: $50\, Limited space.
