DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun night out with friends for some groovy glow yoga. The first 30 minutes we will step into our creative sides with non-toxic neon body paint and glow accessories\, letting our inner child come out to play. We will move on to a fun yoga flow and of course stop to dance when we feel the urge!!! (The body paint is supposed to be safe for clothing but please wear comfortable clothes you aren’t worried about getting paint on just in case!) \n$15 yoga drop-in for first-time students; $22 for recurring drop-in students; included with all memberships or punch passes \n

It’s like getting a two-hour massage where you get to customize the pressure and focus on the most meaningful trigger points in your body to support release and relaxation.
