SUMMARY:Conscious Connected Breathing: Wake Up To Your Light
DESCRIPTION:Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses. When we connect the breath our physiology shifts allowing us to explore altered states of consciousness. It’s this deep awareness of self and our connection with self\, that lays the groundwork for profound personal development and tension release within the body. While each breathwork session will be unique\, possible outcomes include: integrating self-limiting beliefs/past traumas\, connecting with intuition\, or resurfacing memories from birth or past life. \nBreathwork is one of the safest and most direct ways to explore our body\, mind\, emotions\, and spirituality. Additionally\, research has shown breathwork enhances nervous system regulation and improves cardiovascular health\, mental health\, well-being\, and immunity.\nOther benefits of CCB include: \n\nIncreased energy & freedom from mental stress\nFeelings of personal empowerment & connection to intuition\nClarity to take charge of your life\nDeep relaxation\n\nThings to know before you breathe: \n\nLimit food intake 1.5 hours prior to event.\nWear comfortable\, loose-fitting clothes.\nBring a yoga mat\, water bottle & chapstick. DESCRIPTION:Rocky Mountain Pilates & Yoga is excited to share that on July 29th from 12-3 pm\, Nina Be\, Yoga Therapist + Transpersonal Visionary will be bringing The Wisdom Circle Method to our studio. The Wisdom Circle Method developed and facilitated by Nina Be is so powerful that it was studied by researchers at Duke University.\n\n\n\nWisdom Circles for Resilience 2023 Summer Tour was created to support the mental health of women! This rich\, in depth 3 hour Wisdom Circle workshop includes Restorative Yoga Nidra\, breathing practices to release anxiety and depression\, mindfulness meditations\, expressive writing\, contemplative discussion and whole-brain living and loving resolutions.\n\n\n\nWe are all transforming trama into truth to live fully and mindfully. Gathering in Wisdom Circles allows us to collectively witness and experience opportunities and invitations for our trama to transform.
